O'Neil Grant

President,
Jamaica Civil Service Association

Prior to assuming his new role as President, Mr. Grant was Honorary Treasurer to the JCSA, a position he held for seven (7) years. He is a Jamaica College alumnus; O’Neil is a trained Accountant and Financial Analyst with over twenty two (22) years of experience both in the private and public sectors. 

A consummate professional with high ambitions, Mr. Grant has certifications in Legal Administration and General Management; and holds an Executive MBA from the Mona School of Business.
